Long ago our Savior came, He to take our sin and shame.
Born in Bethlehem that night, in the manger, what a sight!
Died on Calv’ry, then the tomb. His disciples bore such heavy gloom.
But the third day He arose, over death and all His foes.
Lord, Your children gather here. Your great Name we love and fear.
When we think of the great price – for our sins such sacrifice –
Lord, we give ourselves to Thee. Now Your servants we would be.
Gladly we Your praises sing. You’re our Lord and coming King.
It’s that time of year again when the crops are gathered in.
Lord, we give You thanks and praise; joyful songs our voices raise.
Precious Savior, risen Lord; See His glory in the Word.
Worship Him on bended knee; His dear face someday we’ll see.
