God is richly blessing all that is going on at BCP right now, so much so that it is only by God’s grace that we are keeping ahead of it all. We have stories of growth in churches from New York to California just from this summer. We have much to do, and we are very thankful for your prayers and partnership.

In the last 2 years of ministry at BCP we have traveled back to NY almost every month. Many of the churches we work with are there. We have also seen ways that we could be of help and support to our parents as they get older. Because of these two main thoughts, we have been praying for God to open a door for us to move back to NY.

God so obviously and miraculously supplied that prayer! We cannot help but share it with you and give Him ALL the glory for it. God’s plan was 45 years in the making. Karen’s childhood piano teacher and pastor’s wife, who is now elderly, moved in with her family this summer and left her long time home in Dryden, NY. Because of the connection with her, we learned that her house would be for sale. Without it going on the market, it was offered to us and in faith, we stepped forward trusting God to sell our house in Elyria and make the way possible. God sold our Elyria home in less than 48 hours. What makes this so amazing is that there were 70 homes in our area of Elyria that were on the market for over a month. We see the amazing hand of God in every detail of this move.

We are currently settled in and continuing our ministry with BCP out of our home here in Dryden, NY. God is so good. Thank you for praying, encouraging, and supporting us. May we be found faithful in serving Him.

Chip went to California for ten days. Worked in two churches, one in Pinole and the other in Marina. Was able to preach and do teacher training in both of them. Long time friends and partners, Pastor and Mrs. Solberg, took a day to show me Pier 39 and Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay. It was great to spend time with them here and with their church family.
