Dear Family and Friends,
O taste and see that the Lord is good: Blessed is the man that trusteth in Him. Ps. 34:8
After my last prayer letter was sent, I determined it sounded very much like complaining. So, this letter will be particularly positive. There is so much to be positive about. Spring is here! We see it each day on our drive into the jobsite. Each time a new beautifully blooming bush, tree, or flower to see: daffodils, forsythias, magnolias, lilacs, dogwood, wisteria… So much beauty in God’s creation. We always smile each time we see the little lamb bouncing around in its pasture.
There has been so much to see here at Bible Baptist Church in Quakertown, PA as well. The final coats of paint left the building a beautiful slate blue gray color which has been complimented by the navy-blue carpet in the sanctuary. The white marble-looking tile floors in the bathrooms set off the navy-blue cabinets and quartz countertops. The oak kitchen cabinetry and ash trim in the sanctuary have added beautiful finishing touches inside. While outside we can see the carport getting finished up with soffit, fascia, stone, and siding. We have been dodging raindrops to pour the sidewalks around the building, and it’s nice to see the Pastor’s family + a few others working to plant the 187 trees required on the site plan.
Most of you probably already know of the passing of my father last month. It is so painful to say our earthly goodbye, but we do not sorrow as those who have no hope, because we cling to God’s promise that one day we will see him again. We look forward to seeing Terry Carroll happy, healthy,and whole with Jesus in Heaven. Thank you for all who supported us at the memorial service and through your thoughts and prayers.
And you are probably all wondering where we are headed next, so are we. It will remain to be seen. Jimmy and Abby will be heading to a small bathroom remodel job in Iowa for their next project. We do have a plan to help the Heinrichs in Tracy, CA for a week in June, but other than that, we are unsure what is coming next. We are so thankful that the Lord knows and will guide our steps to where He wants us to serve.
In between jobs, we will spend some time with Daniel and Ryanne in New York working on their new house and seeing our grandkids. We will also get to see Riley and other family over Memorial Day weekend.

This Sunday, we will say goodbye to our church family here at Bible Baptist Church in Quakertown, PA.
Please pray for our transition time as we do not know when we will see these dear friends again.
