We had a great meeting with the church family yesterday about the building we are looking to purchase, including a walk through. We have been taking it slow to make sure everyone is on board. God has given us green lights so far and I hope we can make an offer soon.

The building inspection came back good.

The insurance estimate was lower than we anticipated.

A personal friend is giving us an interest free loan.

Church Care has approved a loan we can defer payments on while we pay off the other loan.

We are trusting God to supply our financial needs but we know that God uses people. Sometimes people give money, sometimes they give of their time. We are praying for individuals or companies to help us carry the burden. We also will be looking at some renovation before we can move in. If you are skilled in the areas of renovation and want to help let me know. We want this Mormon community to be amazed at God’s provision for us. They continue to build their temples all around us.
