Greetings from dry, crunchy Utah. This winter was a very disappointing one for moisture. The whole state is in a serious drought condition. With the dryness comes the wildfire dangers and they have already begun. Please pray
for some much needed moisture.

In February, we had an adult Valentines dinner and our teens helped serve the meal. It was a great experience for them and the adults enjoyed the time of food, fellowship and games.

Bob was preparing for a men’s retreat in our last prayer letter. He was asked to use some of the lessons from the round pen for a workshop. He put together video and slides for the presentation and felt that it went really well.
Even though he isn’t traveling doing round pen demonstrations anymore, people are still very interested in how he compares working with the colt with truths from the Bible. It has been such a helpful tool in the ministry here in
Utah.

March brought in Easter. What a blessed Resurrection Sunday we had: an Easter brunch with lots of good food and followed by a special service. There were a number of visitors and we enjoyed the time together. Please pray for some of our visitors that have come and are returning still searching for answers.

April has been busy with Pastor Ron filling the pulpit for other churches and traveling. We have finished up our Sunday School study but continue to meet during that time before the morning service to share witnessing
opportunities and spend time in prayer for one another. It is exciting to see some opportunities opening up for some and to have to opportunity to encourage the ones that are still looking for open doors to share Christ.

May is full of end of school things…..band and orchestra programs, graduations, sports events, etc. We enjoy going to the events that the kids in the church are involved in. It is fun to watch them perform and do their best.

In June, we have a ministry group coming from Iowa to do VBS and help with any work projects that we have going. We are excited for them to come and be a part of things here. Please pray for details to come together.

Two missionary families, the Millers and the Woodfins, are home on furlough and will be with us this summer. We have had a significant part in their lives as both Tyler and Melissa grew up here in Utah. We want to continue to
be a positive help to them and pray that their lives would continue to impact our church family.

July begins camp season. Bob is going to be involved in the 3 weeks of horsemanship again. Over the past 3 years we have seen young people from the polygamous families of Warren Jeffs. It will be interesting to see who returns this summer. They love the time with the horses but are listening to the teaching from the Word as well. Please pray for opportunities to have open discussions with them.

It is very difficult to break away from the control of the LDS church. They have so much to lose if they “leave” the church. Just by word of mouth their businesses can go under, they can be black-balled, totally ignored, and
isolated. All 4 of these have strong backgrounds in the LDS religion. God is stronger. Please pray for their eyes to be open to the Truth and that they will see the importance of a relationship with Christ and be willing to take the step of faith toward the TRUTH!

Bob is still meeting online 3 times a week in various Bible/book studies with other Christian men. It is a blessed time to share time together in study but also, more importantly, is sharing requests and praying together. It is an encouragement for all.

The opportunity to meet every other week with one of our teenage young men is proving to be a valuable time. Please pray for his encouragement to walk with the Lord and grow to love and live for Christ.

We do have a couple marriage counseling situations that are really rough right now. Please pray for wisdom in counsel and for their hearts to be open to really want to work through things that restore their marriages.

We know this is a broad overview of our lives but we desperately need God’s presence, leading, and working in each life so your prayers for God’s guidance and power are greatly appreciated.
