Dear Prayer Partners,

We have seen God working in tremendous ways over the last couple of years here in Preston. That said, we also see evidence of the spiritual battle that is here in the middle of enemy territory. No doubt we are on the winning side but the enemy definitely is fighting for his territory which he has held for 125 years through the LDS religion. I know that it is the same war everywhere, just a different battle but your prayer cover is obviously needed and appreciated. Please continue to pray that God will open the door of faith here and help us maintain unity in the church.

PS If anyone has Betty Lukens flannelgraph and are no longer using it, we are looking for it to use in our new Joy Club.

Dear Prayer Partners,

Thanks for praying for Church in the Park on the 10th. We had 130 people gathered under the pavilion and the trees. Then we sent 32 kids to the picnic table for Jr church. It was a great day ending with a meal and fellowship.

Our first Joy Club for children went well last Wednesday with plenty of staff and 24 children. Please pray that God will help us impact young lives for Jesus. Finally, we praise the Lord that we were able to get better signage on the building so people can more easily find us. We still have to get the old sign down but it is much better!
