Thanks for praying for our Tract and Treat event. We had about 700 children plus parents come through the building. We had three stations with a Bible character where we gave out either candy or a wrist band that said JOY – Jesus, Others and You. Every kid got three gifts. We attached a gospel message related to the Bible character to the first 1800 gifts and then just gave candy after that. We also gave away 20 gallons of hot chocolate. As before we had many comments related to the Bible characters. “I’m sure glad someone is bringing Jesus into Halloween.” One man said, “I know I should be attending here.” Many loved Lazarus and the life it represented in the midst of the death culture of Halloween. Please pray that God would open a door of faith through this event that would bring people to Christ and glorify Him.
