I hope you all had a good weekend. We were busy here with the fourth of July ministries and family stopping in. The church continues to reach out to the community in various ways. We had a free lemonade stand, a float in the parade and then served a meal in the park for the community, all on the fourth. Please pray God will give us gospel opportunities as a result of these connection points.

Both of our daughters and their families were able to stop in this weekend as well making it a fun but short time to enjoy being together again. The grandkids are growing up fast.

We praise the Lord for a pretty certain closing date on our house, the 24th. That will free us up from our mortgage and allow us to be prepared to buy a house out here in Nebraska.

Please pray for God’s hand of blessing on Victory Baptist church to see more and better disciples in this area. This will enable us then to search for a man who can lead this church into the future.
